Welcome! I have more than 16 years working with technology products, from startups focused on Fintechs (PicPay, Neon), open source software development for the third sector (Unicef, Instituto TIM) to as a consultant in large organizations (Claro, NET, Embratel, Mapfre, PepsiCo, Votorantim).

My purpose is to help people drive their actions through product principles, whether they are leaders, teams or organizations. I’m passionate about the transformative work of change within society and organizations. I believe that all people have potential and need sensitive eyes to gain self-knowledge and trace their path of professional development.
